Students are required to take all sixteen courses in order to fulfill the academic requirements of the LLB in Chinese Law. Students may also audit other CUPL courses but will not be given credit.


·Term One: the contemporary Chinese legal system; contract law; property law; tort law; intellectual property rights law; family law; civil procedure and arbitration law

·Term Two: criminal law; criminal procedure law; administrative law and administrative procedure law; company law; economic law; legal ethics.
