Pierre Durand is currently a Ph.D. candidate and research fellow in Public International Law at the University of Strasbourg in France as well as a Junior Lecturer in Public Law. 

He is specialised in public international law and has extensive experience with the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as an advisor and coach (in 2015 his team won the National Rounds in France and qualified for the International Rounds in Washington, D.C.). He now serves as National Administrator for France. Pierre has a Licence de Droit degree in Legal Studies from the University Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne and a Master 2 in Public and Private International Law from the University of Strasbourg.
